We are looking for an Audiologist Product Trainer to coordinate sales/product training, manage product launches, provide technical support, and build strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the audiology industry.
**What you will do**:
- Coordinate with Country Sales Manager to provide sales/product training support for customers and dealers
- Lead and manage product launches and workshops
- Schedule regular online training and product updates with customers' trainers/audiologists
- Develop training materials for non-traditional markets and deliver basic audiology training/refresher courses
- Build in-depth product knowledge for WSA products and offer strong technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving revenue growth through upselling.
**What you bring**:
- Background knowledge and/or experience with the following audiological tasks: Testing, fitting, programming
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and technical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate as a team player.
