**Job Description**:

- Welcoming patients/clients.
- Conducting various assessments
- Responding to client/patient inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and arrange the execution of orders and monitoring delivery.
- Assure correct pricing of the customer orders, invoicing timely and accurately.
- Supporting and interacting with the other Audiologists.
- Working efficiently with all internal departments and with external parties.
- Maintaining, updating and filing customer documents and internal documents.
- Able to balance competing demands and prioritize
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Any other additional language will be a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of Audiology experience within a similar position/industry is a plus.
- Experience in MS Office tools, Cloud and Social Media experience is an asset.
