**Cleaning and Maintenance**:
- Regularly clean and mop floor surfaces in common areas, hallways, and individual rooms to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Sanitize toilets, including toilet bowls, basins, and floor traps, ensuring a hygienic environment for guests.
- Clear and sanitize shower cubicles, eliminating soap scum and mildew for a refreshed experience.
- Empty trash bins in common areas, ensure proper waste disposal and replace trash bags as necessary.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Hostel or Floor Managers, including guest check-ins/check-outs and addressing guest requests or complaints.
**Bedding and Laundry**:
- Change bedsheets promptly in all sleeping areas, maintaining a tidy appearance.
- Following proper washing instructions, launder mattress covers, bedsheets, blankets, and towels, and neatly fold items for future use.
**Floor Care**:
- Mop and vacuum floor surfaces in common areas, including hallways, lounges, and reception areas, to remove dirt, spills, and debris. Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment for various flooring types to ensure surfaces are clean and presentable.
**Deep Toilet Scrubbing**:
- Perform deep cleaning of all toilet cubicles and shower rooms to ensure thorough sanitation and hygiene.
- Scrub and disinfect toilet bowls, including under the rim and around the edges, to remove stubborn stains and bacteria.
- Clean and sanitize basins, taps, and other fixtures to maintain cleanliness and prevent the spread of germs.
- Thoroughly scrub and disinfect shower cubicles, including walls, floors, and fixtures, to remove soap scum, mildew, and other residues.
- Pay special attention to high-touch areas and hard-to-reach spots to ensure comprehensive cleaning.
**Cleaning of Air Con Latches**:
- Clean air conditioner latches and vents to remove dust and maintain proper ventilation.
- Ensure air con units operate efficiently and effectively after cleaning.
**Ceiling Fan Cleaning**:
- Dust and clean ceiling fans to remove dust and debris, ensuring optimal performance and air quality.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of fan blades and motor housing for improved functionality.
**Public Area Cleaning**:
- Clean and maintain public areas such as stairways, corridors, and hallways to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Clear and sanitize common areas, including storerooms, ensuring clutter-free and organized spaces.
- Dust and wipe the top of cabinets to remove dust and dirt buildup, maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics.
**Safety and Equipment**:
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and eye protection, when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and tools effectively to achieve optimal results.
**Working Hours and Compensation**:
- Deep cleaning schedules to be determined based on facility needs and availability.
- Compensation to be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
