**What are we looking for?**

This position will be expected to work in our client’s site across Singapore Island.

**Job Scope**:

- Execute daily routine E&I maintenance, calibration and repair work orders as assigned.
- Be vigilant on safety to ensure jobs are done in a safe way and maintaining a high level of GMP compliance.
- Ensure all E&I maintenance and calibration works are duly carried out as scheduled and in compliance with Engineering standards and calibration procedures.
- Perform shift and respond on-call for calibration/service breakdown and support ongoing operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical & instrument breakdowns and carry out repairs of production systems or report back to Engineer/Manager.
- Work with contractors, vendors/service providers for electrical & instrument and calibration work to ensure instrument is maintained in full operational status.
- Perform tasks that are routine in nature and the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
- Coordinates with external contractors for specialized E&I maintenance work.
- Promptly inform engineers of any incidents or events, irrespective of the nature and severity.
- Perform work order documentation in SAP and calibration data in CMX.
- Keeps all areas clean and well organized.
- Communicate to Engineer/Manager when encounter non-compliance issues including work delay, breakdown, missing parts etc.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager inclusive but not limited to the above.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or NITECH in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering discipline.
- 3 - 4 years for Diploma
- 5 - 6 years for NITECH
- Prior experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation and calibration of various field instruments in the pharmaceutical or other process industry.
- Good problem-solving ability, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Adherence to EHS rules and regulations is required at all times.
