We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our APAC Custody Trade Settlement team. This role is in Singapore
- Hybrid.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Respond and resolve client enquires on APAC trade settlement matters
- Performs a variety of operational tasks in transaction settlement processing, including processing updates to client accounts, handling exceptions, investigation and resolution of asset and cash breaks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sub custodians to resolve issues to meet client request and risk and control requirements
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that processes are in compliance with regulation and policy guidelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on operational efficiency projects.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 3 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience in custody operations/brokerage/securities processing/middle office is preferred.
