Outreach Specialist

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our organization as an Outreach Specialist. The recruitment outreach specialist collaborate and support the Talent Acquisition team in the implementation of effective outreach strategies with the goal of increasing business opportunities. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who can represent the organization in a professional and compelling manner.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Identify potential corporate partners through research and outreach efforts
- Act as a liaison between the organization and corporate partners to ensure clear communication
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and potential corporate partners to schedule a meeting at a mutually agreeable date and time
- Assist in planning and executing of marketing communications activities

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Salary Range: SGD 8 to 10 per hour (depending on experience)**

**Working hours: 1pm to 5pm**
