Managing Consultant, Fraud SME, Advisors - Strategy and Transformation
Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. Services within Mastercard is responsible for engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or master’s degree
- Experience in the payments Fraud management, at one or ideally more players within the payment ecosystem, such as Issuer, Acquirer, Transaction processor, payment service provider and payment facilitator
- Knowledge of Fraud management solutions/products, value chain and ecosystem, in both Issuing and Acquiring environments
- Additional relevant experience in adjacent areas (Authentication, Authorization and Chargeback) can be a plus
- Prior Experience in a consulting organization as a consultant is a bonus
