Grant Research and Administration Specialist

Singapore PRO BONO SG Full time

This role supports the Development Department and the CEO’s Office in securing and maintaining the funding necessary for our charity's crucial programmes and services, including through research and evaluation activities. Further, you should support the tracking and monitoring of income from fundraising events/campaigns from grantors and donors.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Director, CEO’s Office, your key responsibilities include:

- Identify grant opportunities that align with our mission and goals.
- Conduct research and evaluations to assess our impact.
- Oversee grant agreements and ensure compliance with conditions and milestones in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Track grant income and expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
- Submit accurate and timely financial reports to grantors and management.
- Promote a data-driven culture by recommending and using grant management tools.
- Develop and maintain a risk registry for grant management, including mitigation strategies.
- Implement knowledge management practices to capture and share lessons learned and best practices.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in grant-related activities.
- Support tracking and monitoring of donations from fundraising events and campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or grants research/management/administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, particularly in budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build collaborative relationships.
