Grant Research and Administration Specialist

Singapore PRO BONO SG Full time

This role is instrumental in securing and maintaining the funding necessary for our charity's crucial programmes and services.

1. Determine funding needs within the charity and conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities aligned with our charity's mission and goals.

4. Manage successful grant contracts, working closely with the relevant Programme and Services Departments to ensure they are aware of grant conditions and can plan their work accordingly.

5. Track grant/programme income and expenditure versus budgets/forecasts and oversee the creation of financial reports to ensure compliance with grant requirements.

6. Coordinate with Programme and Services Departments to monitor project progress, ensuring all key milestones and deliverables are met as outlined in grant agreements.

7. Assist in preparing and presenting management reports to senior management, highlighting grant performance and compliance.

8. Stay abreast of changes in grant regulations, trends, and best practices and make recommendations, including on grant/project management software and other tools, to ensure our charity's grant management strategies remain effective and compliant.

9. Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in grant writing, research, and administration in a non-profit or similar setting.

3. Demonstrated success in securing grants and managing grant-funded projects.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficient in the use of grant research tools and databases.

6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, particularly in financial management and reporting.

8. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build collaborative relationships.

9. Knowledge of non-profit finance, including budgeting and financial reporting, is a plus.

10. Familiarity with the services provided by our charity and a passion for our mission will be advantageous.
