JOB SUMMARY Also known as an influencer or a Corporate Ambassador, our Brand Advisor is one of the most essential people in our organization. He or she will help raise our brand awareness, generate and increase sales. He or she will complete various tasks ranging from promoting products or services in-store to implementing marketing campaigns. Our Brand Advisor reports to the Retail Manager and plays an instrumental role in the Sales & Marketing department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain a positive and healthy image of our brand conscientiously - Familiar with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and history - Increase our brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities - Generate sales revenue for our brand experience centre - Drive sales and passionate about upselling and cross-selling for a complete solution - Maintain the brand image at the highest standards in our brand experience centre - Ensure our brand experience centre and all products displayed are in immaculate condition - Thoroughly understand our products and services to educate customers, retailers, and distributors - Convince customers through product demonstrations - Follow-through quotations and sales orders consistently to ensure order wins until delivery - Develop long-term and memorable relationships with customers through referrals and future businesses - Track customers' preferences and metrics, and proactively suggest advertising and positioning ideas - Provide customer feedback and escalate complaints to the Product and Marketing team - Keep abreast of competitors' product launches, track and report competitors' marketing activities - Actively support the Gourmet Academy for all activities as and when needed V-ZUG Ltd - Swiss perfection for your home 2 - Support marketing campaigns and events including evenings and weekends when needed - Coordinate deliveries with various departments - Submit monthly GTO POS and other administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required for competent performance on the job) - Enthusiastic and ever ready to be the face and voice of our brand - Customer-centric, self-driven to promote our products and services - Active and reliable team player with a positive mindset - Fearless in approaching walk-ins and enjoying interactions - Willing to go an extra mile - Enjoy baking and cooking because food connects people - Recognized certification in Sales and Marketing, or Customer Service - Prior experience in a customer service environment or retail sales in luxurious home product lines for at least three (3) years - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Friendly, approachable, and outgoing - Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools - Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks - Willing to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays
