The **_Transport Operations Executive _**is responsible for planning and implementing complex transportation processes, operations and technology. He/She is also responsible for developing plans to monitor transportation resources utilisation levels and reviewing efficiency of transportation operations. Analytical and systematic, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to supervise a transport operations team, and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Perform Transportation Tasks**
- Manage resources to ensure transportation operation schedules are met
- Manage delivery and pick-up transportation operations
- Manage daily management and preventive maintenance of transport vehicles

**2. Perform Cargo and/or Material Handling and Delivery Tasks**
- Implement incident or crisis management plans to ensure gaps are mitigated
- Manage resources to ensure cargo-handling schedules are met

**3. Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities**
- Implement and manage activities to improve quality of logistics services
- Implement measures to enhance quality standards
- Adhere to corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations
- Implement environmental protection policies and procedures

**4. Perform Safety and Health Tasks Manage WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements**
- Ensure team members perform WSH activities in compliance to requirements
- Highlight WSH shortcomings in existing processes to the bizSAFE champion / management team.
- Maintain safety, health and operational quality standards
- Execute corrective actions to address areas of non-conformance to WSH standards

**5. Perform Technology Application Tasks**
- Work with internal and external partners to implement technology projects
- Implement latest technology to improve operations in own work areas
- Operate technology or electronic tools and devices

**6. Perform Business Administration Tasks**
- Manage allocation of resources across different business activities
- Implement operational policies, standards and proceduresLead team of transport agents to achieve objectives and goals in the workplace
