**Job Scope**
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to support our Client Solutions team. The role requires a lot of ad-hoc problem solving and comes with a lot of autonomy. You are responsible for project managing new client onboarding end-to-end, as well as solutioning for existing relationships. This is an active role that will require you to find out-of-the-box and creative solutions for new problems. The success of this role is directly correlated to the success of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, lead and manage all aspects of client integration (onboarding and activation).
- Formalize and drive project plan in coordination with all stakeholders.
- Lead client-specific technical solutioning exercises (champion client requests in SDLC).
- Lead client-operational integration exercises (streamline back-office and middle-office processes where automation is not possible).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and deliver the project in a professional and timely manner.
- Initiate initial platform account opening and client-specific configuration.
- Support pre-sales from a technical aspect (join client conversations, do demos, etc).

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in project management
- Strong stakeholder management experience. Able to interact and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good understanding of technology, ideally in the digital space
- Strong understanding of the financial industry
- Passion for delivering high-quality tech and non-tech solutions to solve business problems
- Project management certificate would be a plus
- Previous experience with fintech or crypto
