Client Support Administrator is a full-time position based in Singapore. The employee will provide support to the Client Relations department for the account managing and implementation of our services:
**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage APAC based and international clients and build a solid relationship to hit our renewal rates.
- Make sure that we are delivering a high-quality service to the clients.
- Assist the team in the implementation of new accounts.
- Configure the GardaWorld Travel Security platform.
- Acquire autonomy managing and deploying services to clients.
- Solve problems regarding customer requests in a pragmatic and clear manner.
- Build trusting relationships with customers.
- Provide adequate and alternative solutions.

**Competences**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- International experience preferred.
