Hub Baggage Connection
- Assist to support the daily baggage operations in Singapore and overseas stations.
- Assist to investigate all baggage services and operational discrepancies in Singapore and overseas stations.
- Manage baggage mishandling disputes between Singapore and overseas.
- Support any baggage related systems and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer service.
- Provide baggage administrative support and training to new overseas stations and service partners.
- Ensure the SLA standards of our service partners are maintained.
- Check on service partners’ work activities through on ground presence, processes and service audits.
- Assist in the role of Coordinator for Scoot on all baggage matters with our business partners.
- Oversee the budget requirements for below wing and manage cost efficiency.
- Constantly look out for better baggage management and find ways to improve the processes.

Ramp and Cargo Coordination
- Manage ramp related ops and ensure all below wing activities are adhere to safety rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with airport stakeholders for day-to-day operations and irregular operations in SIN Hub
- Coordinate with SIA Cargo to facilitate ULD dissemination to overseas stations.

Audit and compliance / competency training management
- Perform regular self-audits of service vendors or formal audits of other overseas stations when assigned on operational procedures and training requirements and ensure station adheres to the requirements.
- Establish non-compliance root cause and determine corrective actions and preventive actions to address the non-compliance.
- Ensure that ground safety regulations and aircraft emergency plans and procedures are constantly adhered to and practiced at station(s).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of Airport Operations experience in leading a team.
- Build strong relationships and provide regular and irregular ops plans for Network.
- Possess strong people management skill at all levels in order to lead the service partners.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people from all levels
- Ability and discipline to function independently at the highest level with mínimal guidance.
- Quick to adopt and adapt to changes
- Embraces digitalisation and forward planning.
- High problem-solving skills based on a knowledge-based approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence the team to achieve the best outcome for the company in support of management objectives.
