Essential Job Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the production of consumable materials, including manufacturing schedules, material requirements, and production budgets.
- Operate AntonPaar Rheology Equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and order raw materials as needed to support production demands.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure materials meet company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain production process documents, including standard operating procedures, batch records, and work instructions.
- Conduct and analyse data from quality control tests and inspections to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and ensure product consistency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, engineering, Centralised Operations Department (COD), and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality and optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO regulations and maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in math, chemistry, science, engineering disciplines, or related fields preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality control role, preferably in the consumables manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of SPC, GMP and ISO regulations and experience implementing quality control procedures.
- Experiences with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Experienced in managing external suppliers and vendors.
- Interact with internal purchasing departments and external vendors to ensure the requisite supply of raw materials and consumable parts and to guarantee the utmost levels of equipment performance.
- Confident with cross-functional work processes, interfacing with customers, principals, and internal team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex messages and concepts.
- Able to work independently and productively in a self-directed and dynamic start-up environment that requires the incumbent to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Strong time management skills, initiative-taking, and interest to learn and pick-up new skills and knowledge.
- Able to travel periodically for overseas assignments.
- Reliable, ethical, trustworthy, and team player.
- High proficiency in English language communication skills.
