Responsible for the quality control during the production stage in accordance to the ISO standard
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2008 quality standards
- Assist in document control and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management system
- Supervise daily QC Activities to ensure inspections are carried out appropriately
- Analyzing and reporting of quality performance
- Document and quality data control
- Analyse quality problems found by QC Inspectors, interacting with other departments on problem resolution
- Monitoring quality performance, verifying corrective actions to ensure effectiveness
- Identifies and initiates actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and products
- Recommends quality improvement measures to immediate superior
- Raise NCMR/CAR according to procedures
- Handling customer complaints/reject, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily with counter measures done and recorded
- Supervise the practice of SPC procedures, initiating reaction plan for out of control situations
- Training of QC Inspectors, as and when required
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years with QC background.
- Good leadership skills and team player.
- Able to motivate team to meet schedule and quality.
