**Job Summary**:
The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). This role ensures that products meet the required quality standards and specifications before reaching the customer. The QC Supervisor will also manage quality documentation, prepare reports, and handle basic communication with customers on quality-related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of IQC, IPQC, and OQC to ensure inspection processes are followed according to quality standards.
- Lead a team of QC inspectors and provide training, guidance, and support.
- Review and verify inspection records, test data, and reports.
- Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
- Liaise with customers on quality-related queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update quality standards and procedures as needed.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO, customer requirements).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O-level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of inspection methods and measurement equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic experience in handling customer communication regarding quality matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting.
