**Job Description**:
JOB SUMMARY
To ensure smooth operation of clinical data collation for the Department of Cardiology.
Participate in department internal audit meetings as well as national medical audit meetings.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of data collation on a routine daily basis.
Ensure clinical data collection and coordination is timely and accurately completed according to department schedule.
Follow up with patients on the pre-defined periods by study protocol if required.
Perform data integrity checks, assisting in preparation of statistical report/audit slides.
Participate in team meetings and involve in the planning of future work for the team.
Manage requested case notes from HIS.
Support research projects conducted by Department.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor, doctors and Head of Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Medical Science or Health Sciences
Trained and experienced Nurse or its equivalent an advantage
Preferable with work experience in cardiovascular medicine or surgeries
Knowledge of various languages and dialects is a plus
Knowledge in MS Office would be an added advantage
