As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our retail store. Working closely with the Retail Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and assisting customers in selecting the right watches based on their preferences, and ensuring post-sales follow-up.
- Deliver excellent customer service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Strive to exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Drive sales performance: Meet individual sales targets by actively engaging customers, identifying sales opportunities, and effectively promoting our range of watches. Utilize your product knowledge to recommend suitable brands and models based on customer preferences and budget.
- Cultivate customer relationships: Build and maintain a customer database by capturing relevant information during interactions. Foster long-term relationships through personalized follow-up communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide product expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, models, features, and pricing. Effectively communicate this information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist with inventory management: Collaborate with the Retail Manager to ensure adequate stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and communicate any product replenishment needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store display. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure watches are showcased effectively, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE O lvl
- Min 1 Yr of experience in retail or customer service
- Having knowledge on watches is a PLUS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
