The primary job responsibilities include:

- Lead and drive collaboration with team members and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, devise innovative product proposition and help drive product prototyping & implementation
- Create pricing and monitoring framework to improve profitability of business, gather insights for pricing and analytics, strengthen technical pricing by tapping on data-driven insights using external and internal data sources
- Diverse pricing exposure to variety of Personal Lines and Group products across various distribution channels.
- Manage and lead business planning for GI & Group business
- This role will provide you the opportunity to lead a team within Actuarial and be exposed to Chief Actuary and Senior Management

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in General Insurance actuarial function
- Good progress in actuarial exams, qualified actuaries preferred.
- Strong project management, excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experienced in people management, able to lead projects and provide training/coaching for direct reports
- Strong team player who is adaptable, open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
