**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the review and coordination of FEED contractor for constructability studies and model review of the construction plot (brownfield).
- Work with other project team managers to determine the most effective organization approach for accomplishing fabrication and construction.
- Provide oversights on the Contractor’s construction planning and making adjustments when required.
- Ensure appropriate construction input during early planning phases of the project and during constructability reviews, as well as to ensure that construction effort has effective safety, quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC), labour relations program which meet IIF (incident and injury free) and OE objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and conflict resolution among various stakeholders (partners, functional groups, contractor etc.) on construction issues.
- Lead and coordinate with FEED contractors and Shareholders SMEs on the Constructability Review Workshop.
- Key Person to help work with Engineering Contractors to close out Observations and findings from the workshop.
- Owner of Construction Risk and mitigation Plan to be established after discussion and alignment with Project Leadership.
- Engage base refinery TAR team and other projects on SIMOPS activities.
- Ensure site construction viability has been considered in the engineering design.
- Engage and evaluate subcontractors’ proposal to support Class 3 cost estimate, as well as work with engineering contractors to provide detail Level 3 schedule with resource loaded.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 15 years of industry experience specialise in construction planning, management and pre-commission activities in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Familiarity on logistic and construction requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is an advantage.
