**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate ownership of Project Environmental/HSE Management plans and activities aligned with execution plan, objectives and deliverables.
- Support the development and effective implementations of Project HSE Plans and other associated procedures and processes, liaise with relevant authorities, capture lessons learned etc
- Monitor and evaluate Project Environmental & HSE KPIs throughout project phases and support implementation of related programs.
- Support activities and works to meet condition precedents and deliverables aligned between shareholders and company, as well as company and contractors.
- Provide Environmental and HSE inputs in BEDD, Project Requirement Specifications (PRS), Instruction to Bidders (ITB) etc, to support the project team in firming up project scope and cost estimates.
- Support implementation of programs to drive IIF Leadership and strong OE/HSE/Environmental Culture for the Project.
- Support implementation of Contractor HSE and Environmental Management Processes.
- Review Contractor HSE and Environment Management Plans and other associated plans and procedures.
- Support HSE Manager in the review of Greenhouse Gases, SOx, effluent discharge and other environmental information to support technical team in the design and management of wastewater treatment plant modification, any air pollution controls, etc.
- Support interface with leadership team, functional managers, contractors, base refinery and relevant stakeholders on project environment matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years’ experience in HSE/Environmental Engineering roles in oil & gas industry or construction industry. major capital project experience is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge on local HSE, permitting requirement and pollution control codes and future development on codes.
- Good working knowledge on FEED, Detailed Engineering and Design, Construction and Commissioning HSE requirements.
- Possess Singapore WSH Professional Qualifications.
- Good coordination and excellent communication and presentation skills
