The coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our corporation. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including office administration, overseeing office systems and processes, personal assistance to the Chairman and Directors, and support in office activities.

**Job Scope**
- To undertake market survey and also reach out to potential distributors of Healthcare products that FMV and its partners carry.
- Help in sales and all related matters for import and registration of product, working with Product Agent and Distributors.
- Translation of documents and product Information.English-Vietnamese.
- Coordinate visits for company’s staff to Vietnam for meetings and support the team.
- Able to travel to Singapore, India and/or other countries (from base location in Vietnam).
- General support of work when necessary.

**Working Conditions**:
**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Recognized Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years minimum experience preferred - experience in the medical industry
- Detailed oriented, meticulous, strong discipline, able to perform and manage deadlines effectively.
- Able to communicate effectively & professionally with vendors and other departments of the company.

**Reporting**:
Chairman and Director

License/Certification:

- English Proficiency Test or IELTS Certificate (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
