**The Role**

Assist in the day to day oversight of the regional bunkering operations for the Bunker Trading Team of Minerva Bunkering Pte Ltd Singapore. Assist in the coordination works on all aspects of the pre and post-deal trading activity to ensure contract execution runs smoothly.

The incumbent will be supporting the Bunker Logistics Operations Team. Opportunity will be available for the incumbent to be trained as a full-fledged operator.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Cargo related data entry into the trading system;
- Maintain spreadsheets for the team;
- Perform bunker operations related tasks;
- Strict compliant of company’s standard operating procedures and policies.
- Strict adherence to company’s Code of Conduct;
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned in due course.

**Technical Qualifications and Skills**:

- Preferably with one year working experience, fresh school leaver can be considered.
- Good thought process, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Able to work to deadlines under pressure
- Self-motivated and highly pro-active
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel Spreadsheets
