- Produce unique and cutting-edge NFT designs according to specific themes and concepts;
- Partner with internal and external partners to create art that delivers data-driven results to support the growth of our NFT space;
- Willingness and ability to see projects through to completion in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- A strong interest in design for marketing and advertising within Web3 and NFT environments;
- Other duties as assigned;
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 years of experience designing digital arts;
- Passionated about Crypto art and NFT culture, and comfortable with learning new technology platforms;
- Understand the intersection of culture and technology;
- Experience with both 2D and 3D designs;
- Excellent communication skills including polished written and verbal communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment;
- Strong public-speaking and story-telling skills;
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus;
- Having fan base is a plus;
