**Reports To**:Marketing Manager/Director

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- **Brand Management**:Enhance PMCE's brand image and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- **Digital Marketing**:Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising.
Develop content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to engage with our audience.
- **Campaign Management**:Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- **Customer Engagement**:Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**:Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders to expand PMCE’s reach.
Work closely with influencers and media outlets to promote our services.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.

**Qualifications Required**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
