Main objective is to protect lives and properties on Campus
- Prevent loss and wastage through theft, pilferage, negligence etc.
- Be the ground supervisor for Campus operations
- Supervise the night duty officers and educate them on the various systems and procedures
- To be competent in fire alarm procedures, fire safety evacuation procedures, emergency procedures
- To respond to alarm activation
- To be always alert and to ensure only permitted individuals are allowed on Campus and to ensure visitors are registered.
- To patrol premises regularly in accordance with SOP
- Identify and ensure all equipment used for Campus maintenance are checked often to prevent malfunction, as well as inspect Campus grounds on a regular basis to ensure there are no damages.
- To arrange for rectification/repair, with Management’s approval, should there be a need
- To manage team of Housekeepers
- To maintain schedule and roster of Housekeepers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
