We are seeking an organised, independent and details-oriented Consultant Coordinator to join our team to administer the enterprise transformation projects in the Institute. This enterprise transformation programme aims to better deliver healthcare outcome through learning and development - from understanding the organisation gaps to coaching in developing learning and performance methodologies that is sustainable in the long run.
**Responsibilities**
This person will report to the Manager of HMA. He will liaise with the clients on enterprise transformation project and assist as a course executive. His/her responsibilities include the following:
1) Enterprise Transformation for healthcare organisation
He/she will assist the Manager/consultation team to provide support, analysis, and recommendations to clients on the enterprise transformation project(s) that he/she is being assigned to.
a) Coordination between parties: Liaise between the consultation team and clients on the clients’ user requirements, expectations and goals;
b) Data Collection and Analysis: Understand user requirements and analyse relevant data to support the consulting team’s recommendations and decisions;
c) Project Support: Provide assistance to the consultation team/Manager in project planning, execution and monitoring the progress;
d) Client Interactions: Meet and update clients regularly to assess their needs and update the team’s progress;
e) Learning and Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends, consulting methodologies, and relevant tools.
2) Course administration for HMA
a) Manage the Training Management System for courses under HMA;
b) Administer and coordinate the courses under HMA.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree;
- Good planning and coordination skills.
- Resourceful, independent, responsive and proactive;
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
