As a **Part-Time Admin Assistant,** your

**Responsibilities**: are:

- Perform administrative duties for the Academic and Admin Department
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries
- Support the Admin Department in managing students' matters
- Assist in course material preparation and collection
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Academic Qualifications**:

- At least an 'A' Level qualification

**Skills Required**:

- Possess basic administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Independent and initiative
- Good team player

**Working Hours**: Wednesday and Friday, 1pm - 5pm

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
