**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as Project Manger / Client Delivery Manager will include:

- Leverage your knowledge of telco business and define the framework for embedded cyber insurance rollout
- Define embedded insurance purchase and servicing journeys specific to the eco-system partners (telco companies)
- Provide insights into insurance market needs in South East Asia
- Define the operating model for the embedded insurance programs in various countries in South East Asia (in compliance with the local legal regulations)
- Ensure that the discovermarket solution meets the data privacy regulations of the respective markets
- Actively work with the eco-system partners (telco companies), insurance brokers, insurers, prevention solution providers to define the scope of the delivery of embedded insurance solutions
- Create story maps and define priority to each feature depending upon the business value
- Create delivery plans based on the priority and business value of each features
- Coordinate with the legal teams of the stakeholders for quick closure of various legal contracts
- Set up the governance structure to closely monitor the progress of the implementation project
- Identify the risks and issues in the project delivery and propose mitigations.
- Facilitate the meetings with the stakeholders
- Track action items
- Plan and manage user acceptance testing, go live activities with the stakeholders
- Track the adoption rate of the platform, key performance KPIs after go live and provide recommendations for improvement

**What makes you stand out**

**Essential**:

- Strong insurance domain knowledge (ideally Broker or MGA work experience) and hands on experience in telco industry
- Experience in working in various markets in South East Asia outside Singapore.
- Good knowledge of the Philippines market
- Ambition, solution focus and with strong skills in data privacy regulations and insurance products.
- Customer-centric mindset and techniques. Hands-on experience in managing embedded insurance rollouts.
- Proactive thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills (insurance products, e-commerce technology, competitive intelligence,)
- Experience in developing market relationships with different parties (insurers, ecosystem partners, distribution partners etc.)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to decompose complex issues, find solutions and summarise
- Manage and work autonomously on projects
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
