Singapore PERENNIAL (SINGAPORE) RETAIL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Centre Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department
- Responsible for all aspects of lease management
- Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 2 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry
- Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
- Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
