- Monitor inventory levels, manage product allocations, and optimize storage utilization to ensure adequate supply and minimize product losses.

- Execute operational procedures and protocols for product quality control, ensuring that all products meet established specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment upgrades to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities, including inventory levels, product movements, and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in emergency response and incident management procedures, providing support and assistance as needed to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in light distillates operations, incorporating new insights and innovations into operational strategies and processes.

**Required Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required; relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations roles within the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in light distillates operations preferred.
- Thorough understanding of light distillates products, including gasoline and naphtha, as well as knowledge of associated operational processes and safety procedures.
- Strong technical aptitude and mechanical skills, with the ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment used in light distillates operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and external partners.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks and hazards in operational activities.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and physically demanding environment, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational requirements.
