Description:

- Developing and increasing new specifiers base and business
- Assisting in the development of key specification tools that can increase sales and presence
- Strongly influencing architects and specifiers to develop proprietary specifications
- Liaising and maintaining close relationships with R&D and Technical departments on matters relating to specifications
- Keeping good constant interaction with Architects/Consultants and Key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved
- Conducting architectural and engineering presentations and trainings
- Attending and participating in product presentations, product seminars, industrial organizations, and trade shows
- Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
- Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market direction
- Promoting and marketing product range to Architects, Consultants, Developers, and Contractors
- Preparing marketing action plans as required by the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry (though not mandatory)
- Car ownership is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in specification-related tasks across any field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present to diverse audiences/groups
