AVPN is looking for a **Senior Associate, Partnerships **to support the Indonesia Team in identifying partnerships and funding opportunities. The partnerships team is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing the grants and sponsorships that support AVPN in delivering on its mission to deliver Capital for Impact. Partnerships focus on maximising the revenue potential across the key revenue streams of grants, sponsorships, and earned income by building on the existing partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Indonesia Director and the Partnerships Team in the execution of key partnership and fundraising plans
- Collaborate with senior management, products, and markets team to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Identify new partnership opportunities, qualify prospects and build a strong partnership pipeline.
- Lead concept note preparation and proposal writing by working closely with AVPN products and market teams to support high-probability partnership conversion.
- Support with managing partner relationships and develop opportunities through existing and potential new opportunities.
- Create partnership assets to ensure it is updated with relevant content and communicate materials and templates internally.
- Work with Associates to manage Salesforce dashboard to accurately reflect grants and sponsorship pipeline, proposal status, and project deliverables for the management team.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years experience in a regional partnership or business development role
- 2 years of relevant experience in non-profit or social investment organisations.
- Experience in member/partnership management or business development
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, self-starter that proactively seeks opportunities and addresses challenges.
- Must be able to take initiative.
- Be detail-oriented, thorough, and meticulous.
- Be used to collaborate vertically and laterally with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
- Have a strong interest in and passion for philanthropy and social investment.
- Strong written and spoken ability in the language of business and investment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), reporting and presentation skills in English; additional language is a plus.
