**Job Title: Design Architect (Design & Architecture)
**Location: Jurong East, Singapore

Committed to creativity, excellence, and client satisfaction. we are seeking a seasoned Design Architect to lead our Design & Architecture projects across commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Involve in business development meetings and networking sessions.
- Lead the design process from concept development through to construction documentation.
- Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients’ requirements.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure every design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an architectural firm, with a focus on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, V-ray SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software will be advantageous
- Strong design sensibility and ability to develop innovative and compelling design concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Professional licensure or eligibility to become licensed is preferred.
- Working rights required for this role.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.
