**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end management of all regional Purchase Orders within GIS End User Services in the way of procurement, receipt of goods, invoicing, and payment. Tracked against the approved budgets.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of regional Assets within GIS End User Services in the way of Computers, Mobile Devices and Peripherals. Maintaining healthy stock levels based on demand & supply chain lead times.
- Maintain strong Vendor relationships, performing regular operational QBR’s.
- Responsible for regular audits against internal asset management systems.
- Drives continuous improvement on processes and systems related to procurement and asset management.
- Maintain the global Hardware standards in conjunction with the global EUS team and GIS End User Computing function.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree from Accredited University with relevant working experience
- Experience in Supplier Management, Asset Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Experience creating, documenting and refining end to end processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ITIL, Service Management or CMDB background is advantageous
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Be a champion for change; always pushing iterative improvement.
**Other Information**:

- Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park
- Salary: $3.5K to $4.5K
- Working Days: Mon to Fri
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Contract length: 24 months
