Job Description
- Drive successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels and platforms in collaboration with the marketing team (Meta Ads, Collaborative Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads, etc)
- Design marketing proposals for prospects & existing Brand Partners
- Strategize and lead our entire marketing efforts, including marketplace ads, social media marketing, etc.
- Set the right KPIs and ROIs for each key metric, manage and optimize budget
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using website analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance marketing or post-campaign results
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
- Assist in the development and implementation of a brand strategy that increases engagement and raises awareness

Basic Requirements:

- 5 years of related work experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or an equivalent course of study
- Experience leading and managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Knowledge of Facebook Collaborative Ads (CPAS), Lazada Ads & Shopee Ads is an advantage
- Proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Adaptable and passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry and fit the DNA of the company's culture and working environment
