**YOUR NEW JOB**:
As an **IT Project Manager in the FinTech**space you will be the vital bridge between technical execution and business outcomes—ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of complex digital products.

You'll work end-to-end across planning, building, testing, and deployment, while staying hands-on with clients and internal dev teams.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore. For a hands-on, methodical operator who thrives in a fast-moving product environment

You’ll be working in a hybrid setup with a highly collaborative team delivering innovative fintech solutions.

**WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU**:

- **4 years of project management**experience
- Proven track record in independently managing **full-cycle tech projects**from discovery to production
- Solid grasp of **Agile**delivery— **Scrum**and/or **Kanban**frameworks
- Skilled at writing clear **business requirement**s, aligning tech deliverables with user needs
- Familiar with **Jira**Cloud & **Confluence**:

- Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Able to assess project risks, prioritize trade-offs, and manage delivery timelines
- Confident running internal stand-ups and engaging developers, UX, and business teams
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in **Chinese**for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT**:

- Experience in the **fintech**, **digital asset**, or **crypto**trading platform
- Familiarity with capital markets, financial payments, or blockchain platforms
- Able to identify operational gaps and propose scalable process improvements
