Dates: 16-17 August 2025 (Sat & Sun)

Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $120/day

Type: Part-Time / Contract

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for energetic and professional individuals to join us as Event Assistant at our upcoming Australian Property Expo this August. If you enjoy engaging with people, are passionate about property or investments — this opportunity is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with visitors and responding to enquiries
- Assisting with lead collection and basic follow-up
- Helping queue management and crowd control near key booths
- Identifying and referring interested guests to booth presenters
- Booking appointments on behalf of booth presenters when required
- Supporting general event operations (e.g. moving materials, relaying information)

**Training Provision**:
A mandatory training session will be conducted prior to the event to ensure you're confident in handling enquiries and usher efficiently.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Confident, well-spoken, and people-oriented
- Available on both event days (16-17 August)
- Prior experience in events or customer engagement is a bonus
- Prior Experience in Australia preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per day

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Signing bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate administrative: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- RES License (preferred)

Work Location: In person
