**What the role is**
- At REACH, we constantly strive to hear from as many Singaporeans as we can, so that Singaporeans can have their views heard by policymakers. In this role, you will help to design effective engagement initiatives between the Government and Singaporeans on national issues, policies, and topical issues of interest.

**What you will be working on**
- You will work with partners from public, private, and social sectors to reach out to more Singaporeans.
- You will innovate and design meaningful engagements to gather feedback from Singaporeans on a wide variety of matters, from dialogues on key events like Budget/National Day Rally to in-depth discussions on issues of national interest.
- You will make sure that the feedback gathered at these engagements make an impact through your analysis and sharing with the relevant agencies.

**What we are looking for**
- A passion for public communications and engagement, and a genuine desire to help shape public policies by gathering and analysing feedback from Singaporeans.
- Willing to innovate with engagement modalities as we seek to engage a broad spectrum of Singaporeans.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary.
- Experience in event management, media relations is a plus.
