TikTok Shop is a discovery-based E-Commerce platform dedicated to becoming the first choice for users to discover and get good products at good prices. **Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for intelligent customer service product design, including intelligent dialogue, automated forms, self-service, etc., participate in the whole process of product planning, requirment definition, development, testing and launch, and be responsible for the final effect of the product.
2. Complete and abstract the business requirements of different countries, and transform them into standardized capability output, and cooperate with cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure the smooth implementation of product delivery.
3. Establish reasonable data indicators, discover and analyze problems in intelligent services, find corresponding optimization points and iterate.
4. Sort out the pain points in teamwork, optimize the project process, summarize business information and synchronize, and improve the efficiency of production and development.
**Qualifications**:
1. More than 2 years product or product operation experience in customer service products from Internet industry, experience in intelligent customer service and chatbot is preferred.
2. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
3. Goal-oriented, self-driven, with great curiosity and excellent learning ability.
