This individual will be a member of the Client Solutions (CS) team supporting investor communications efforts across all of Keppel Capital’s private funds.

Key responsibilities include the following:
**(1) Coordinate, plan and manage quarterly and/or ongoing investor matters across all private funds**
- Send out completed quarterly reports to investors
- Coordinate internal schedules and arrange quarterly investor calls
- Support for ongoing investor meetings, eg. booking of meeting rooms/ lunch venues and meal arrangements for investor meetings, accommodation for investors, etc.

**(2) Events Management for all investor-related events across all private funds**
- Coordinate, plan and manage the logistics of large-scale investor events, eg. CNY event for investors, AC meetings and AGMs, and/or site visits
- Maintain and manage database of service providers (including hotels, F&B providers, restaurants, etc)

**(3) Manage CS communication matters**
- Update the mailing lists and distribution lists for all private funds
- Disseminate KC research publications to both internal stakeholders and investors
- Disseminate subscribed reports to internal KC recipients e.g. send out CBRE SG reports to internal teams

**(4) Lead coordinator for all Salesforce investor-related matters**
- Track and manage users’ list
- Liaise with vendor for all operational matters (eg. changes and/or updates to system)
- Setting up and maintaining fund information and investors' details in Salesforce
- Keying in of contacts, as well as uploading/inputting meeting notes from senior management and/or key CS team members

**(5) Manage CS team-related and administrative matters**
- Billing and invoicing matters, eg. with regard to conferences, subscriptions
- Support CS team members on administrative matters including scheduling investor meetings and administrative support for investor outreach trips
- Key liaison contact between overseas and Singapore team for administrative matters, eg. accommodation arrangements, scheduling matters, etc.
- Provide administrative support to key CS team members when required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity
- Meticulous and has initiative
- Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
