**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inventory management
- Ensure supply continuity & stock availability through effective procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain company’s stock at recommended stock holding level
- Lead Monthly Sales forecast meeting to support the supply and demand of all company products
- Periodically review stock obsolescence and action plan
- Review and provide monthly stock provision
- Generate reports on actual against forecast sales quantity and to constantly monitor on the accuracy of forecast sales quantity
- Ensure proper work flow in the Purchase Order Process
- Ensure proper work flow in the Goods Received Process
- Ensure proper flow of work in the handling of non-conforming items received
- Liaise with Vendors on all issues relating to purchases and receipt of goods and also on stock out issue and urgent request of stock
- Handle insurance claims for damaged/lost goods and cargoes
- Manage logistics costs
- Manage third party logistics service providers
- Negotiate renewal of contracts with third party logistics providers
- Provide monthly inventory reports and other regional reports required
- Assist in annual stock take and reconciliation of the company’s inventory
**Requirement**:

Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics with 3 years of relevant experience_**

Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel
