**Short Description**:
- Support the Director in strategic planning and the development & operation of External Relations to achieve the set objectives and targets
- Drive the collaboration & communication, and coordinate alignment & facilitation between external partners and the relevant schools/departments/centres in joint programmes, activities, events and initiatives
- Develop & drive partners' engagement strategy, plan and drive Institutional/Industry partners’ outreach and affiliation programme/initiatives for deepening partners’ engagement (e.g. Partners’ Community, Partnerships Forum, events and activities etc)
- Drive the planning, editorial and publication of the external communication collaterals such as newsletter for partners etc
- Support the marketing of the University’s programmes and services offered by the various schools and departments to external parties
- Assist in the External Relations input to internal reporting requirements and processes
- Any other tasks & scopes of work as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder, preferably with at least 5 years relevant working experience
- In-depth knowledge & experience in relationship management & partnership collaboration
- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skill
- Critical thinker and self-directed
- Related professional experience in higher education sector will be an added advantage
- Results-oriented, able to multitask, and work well in a team and as an individual contributor
- Excellent effective organizational & implementation skill, meticulous and possess high level of integrity
