This role requires a dynamic individual capable of navigating complex R&D environments while leveraging technical expertise in PeopleSoft technologies to drive organizational success and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop R&D strategic plans, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.

2. Create and maintain product roadmaps, identifying new features and enhancements that meet market demands and customer needs.

3. Oversee R&D projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

5. Involve in customisations using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other PeopleSoft development tools

6. Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success.

7. Manage upgrades of PeopleTools and Campus Solutions modules.

8. Create and maintain Fluid UI pages and Advanced Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations.

9. optimize SQL queries and scripts on Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.

11. Work closely with customers, gathering feedback, and understanding their needs to inform R&D priorities and product development.

12. Ensure that all R&D deliverables meet high quality standards, are thoroughly tested, and are deployable in production environments.

13. Lead the implementation of new R&D deliverables, ensuring a smooth transition and mínimal disruption to business operations.

14. Develop and maintain metrics to measure R&D performance, progress, and outcomes, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.

15. Effectively communicate R&D results, progress, and plans to stakeholders, including business leaders, product management, and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Min 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft technology
- At least one full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, motivating developers, and driving R&D success.
- Extensive experience in upgrading PeopleTools.
- Proficient database management skills, particularly with Oracle/SQL Server.
- Understanding of business operations, customer needs, and market trends.
- Strong ability to manage operational activities and troubleshoot in a demanding project setting.
- Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as SQR, query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, crystal report, nVsion, Cobol, Fluid Interface.
- Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financials or Human Capital Management and Learning Management would be an added advantage.
