**Responsibilities**:

- Provide decision support on Balance Sheet Management and Capital and liquidity to optimise the Bank’s balance sheet and funding costs, and to improve returns.
- Provide insight and expertise on the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process through Stress Testing and Reverse Stress Testing the balance sheet in accordance with the Basel framework.
- Lead the capital adequacy risk team to provide stress testing and risk parameters to relevant internal auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure the teams adherence to the relevant risk management framework and financial Controls policies and other relevant regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to any governance Committees preparation.
- Provide support to transformation and Process Improvement Initiatives by participating in any change projects relating to balance sheet and capital management.
