**Responsibilities**:

- Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise regulated activities of the company.
- Work very closely with the CEO and other stakeholders in managing the business and crafting market strategies.
- Assist in preparing and setting up process, operations and infrastructure of the company.
- Manage daily operations and take necessary actions to ensure that daily operations and investments are fully compliant with regulatory regulations (including MAS regulations) and internal and external audits.
- Other key tasks would include KYC, on-boarding of new clients and client relationship management/ business development.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other Business-related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management.
- Sound knowledge of regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control.
- Solid understanding about middle and back-office operations, risk controls and investment process in fund management companies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin and Singaporean is preferred.
