**Main Responsibilities
- Leads and drives the business performance of the Chinese Restaurant (Cantonese Cuisine) in line with the Annual Business Plan and Budget.
- Ensures smooth running of daily operations.
- Adhere to Hotel SOPs including Corporate Governance are constantly maintained and complied..
- Manages Trip Advisor and ensure good customer reviews and maintain its competitiveness.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager on the market needs and trends to drive business.
- Creates and execute plans and promotions to enhance outlet sales and profitability.
- Monitors all costs and recommend measures to control them.
- Keep abreast with new F&B products and concepts to maintain niche and competitiveness.
- Maintain, develop and improve the image of the outlets in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage and dining ambiance.
- Aware of current and future impacts on the business and plans hotel business strategy.
- Seek constant innovative ways to improve business operations and revenue.
- Strives to ensure and establish a good rapport with guests maintain good customer relationships and handle all guest complaints, requests and inquiries of food, beverage and service.
- To train, supervise, coach and counsel staff when necessary.
- Ensure the well-being of the team members

**Job Requirements
- Has extensive Authentic Cantonese Cuisine knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity or 5 years as Assistant Manager in a Chinese Restaurant environment.
- Team player and able to work independently without much supervisionSelf-driven, excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue.
- Strong sense of accountability
- Able to speak and write Mandarin.
- Good computer literacy skills
