**Responsibilities
Ø Technical Leadership:
As a tech lead, your primary responsibility is to provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. This involves setting coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. You should be able to mentor and support other team members, helping them grow their technical skills.

Ø Project Planning and Coordination:
You will be responsible for working with project/product manager closely to align with project plan/product roadmap as well as coordinating the development efforts within the team. This includes breaking down project requirements, estimating effort, and assigning tasks to team members. You need to ensure that the project progresses according to the agreed-upon timelines and manage any dependencies or bottlenecks.

Ø System Design and Architecture:
You should have a strong understanding of software design principles and be able to create scalable and maintainable architectures. As a tech lead, you will play a crucial role in designing the overall system structure, making decisions on technology stack, and ensuring that the system meets the required performance and scalability criteria.

Ø Hands on Programming and Issue Troubleshooting Skills:
Very familiar and have hands on coding experience by implementing web-based backend services/ RestAPI using Python + Django/Flask or Go; Able to write high-quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.);

Ø Collaboration and Communication:
Effective communication is vital for a tech lead. You should be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as product/business managers, designers, and other team members. Collaboration skills are crucial for coordinating with different teams and ensuring a smooth development process.

Ø Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:
You will be responsible for reviewing code and ensuring that it adheres to the established coding standards and best practices. Conducting regular code reviews helps maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and share knowledge within the team. You should also promote the use of automated testing and continuous integration practices to ensure software quality.

Ø Technical Research and Innovation:
Staying up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends is essential. As a tech lead, you should proactively explore new technologies, evaluate their applicability to the project, and identify opportunities for innovation. This can help improve the development process and drive technical excellence within the team.

**Requirements**:

- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You possess strong knowledge of Python esp Django 3 framework.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and DB design/performance tuning.
- Familiar with Linux development environments, CI/CD tools, various Cloud deployment and maintenance.
