**ABOUT THE JOB**

The Swim Starter is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. This position will be focused on the planning and execution of our Paid Social Ads, SEO, as well as the measurement and reporting of these activities from end to end. You will be expected to manage and scale budgets while making sure key metrics are optimized.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research, set up, scale & optimize performance marketing campaigns end-to-end especially on Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) and Search, etc
- Management, reporting of performance across paid channels, make recommendations for channels growth, creative performance and hit KPIs across different clients
- Plan Facebook ads content calendar
- Keeping abreast of digital marketing trends and share best practices with team to ensure that is ahead in performance marketing
- Set up tracking by liaising with developers team when necessary
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Media or preferably in related fields
- Min. 1 year experience of digital marketing in E-commerce industry / agency
- Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Paid Social advertising, Microsoft Excel
- Strong data analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with data analytics, data visualization tools is a plus
- Proactive, strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Singapore Citizen only

**Working Hour**:
Monday-Friday : 10AM-7PM

**Remuneration**:SGD $3000

**Location**: Singapore, Oxley BizHub 2,

**Salary**: $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
